…looks like the lovely David (Bernese Mountain Dog mix) is looking for a place to rest his head until he can find a forever home. I posted one pic of David last post, but I didn’t realize then that David’s foster situation didn’t work out– so he needs one… now. Here’s what Lucky Pup has to say about David:
We need a foster home immediately for David- he is a large guy- maybe 60 pounds with lots of puppy behaviors- he also just got sprung from a small pen where he was living for quite along time so as you can imagine he is energetic. Ideally he’d do well with a fenced yard where he could spend alot of outdoors time and run and play- he is fine with other dogs, dk about cats and probably would knock over a small child but nothing aggressive at all. He needs lots of exercise and some manners. PLEASE this dog has waited so long, in a box down South where he was lucky to eat once a day (she has about 40 dogs right now- some tied to trees). He is thin so food motivated which helps learn manners. Thank you thank you- even short term would be great!
When I met David he struck me as a beautiful big boy who would make a really sweet pet. He just seems like a big goof ball to me. Here are some more photos of him. Keep in mind, this is David after 15+ hours in a small crate in a truck. Imagine him once he’s had some good good family lovin’!
