Congratulations!

Through this Helping Hearts contest, we raised $160 dollars to help out people and animals recovering from the earthquake in Haiti. Thank you to everybody who participated!

I want to congratulate Hope Hall, winner of the Helping Hearts Sweetheart photo session! There were 16 entries, so I entered 16 into the Random Number Generator at random.org (which I’ve been dying to use for a real purpose!) and the number generated was 2– Each time I received an entry I numbered it– Hope entered three times with entries numbered 1, 2 and 3, and so she is the winner!

Stay tuned for pics from Hope’s session! Hope was my senior year English teacher who inspired me in many ways, led me to Bowdoin College, and now is a colleague of mine… and a friend. She is now starting her own farm at her home and I am so excited to visit in real life… you get to visit it on the web: www.sunflowerfarm.info

Hope Hall - Wooohoooo. Lots of Valentine’s Love to you the photographer and the random number generator for picking 2! I am so excited and really can’t imagine a better Valentine’s Day Surprise than an official session with a photographer whose work I LOVE!I thik my neighbors heard me celebrating.
Thanks Nicole and what a wonderful contest you ran. So few business folks can marry work with making the world better place, but you do it seamlessly in so many ways due to your “helping heart” (cheesy but true!).
