Just another day in paradise… {Maine family photographer}

I would like to introduce you to the winners of the Helping Hearts contest! Hope and her family are simply delightful… she has been one of those inspirational people in my  life for a long time, so it was beyond a treat to spend the morning at her home with her family.

This session was a little bit different in a lot of ways: it wasn’t focused on just one or two family members as I typically would do for babies, kids and pets. So I took more of a documentary approach, thinking of this as “A Morning at Sunflower Farm.” And there’s a whole lotta love at this farm!

The sign above their woodstove reads “Just another day in paradise…” which is exactly what this day felt like for me. Families like this make me love my job, love the coming spring, love life! Thank you Hope, Chris, Lila, Tess, Rex (the pug), Ned (the bull mastiff), and thank you three goats, ten chickens, one rabbit and one cat for such an amazing morning!
