I met up with the M family on their annual vacation week in Ogunquit. We were able to eek out a session with lots of adults and kids in blistering heat and bright, bright sun, and still have some fun and capture some fantastic memories. Hoping to see them again next summer!
One of my last sessions of the summer season, in the breathtaking gardens at Hamilton House, with a spunky fun family of four.
Hanging out with the B family at Hamilton House, and planning to enjoy a glass (or two!) of their family’s vino tonight to celebrate the end of summer.
When we moved to South Berwick, it was primarily because we’d heard that the town had an excellent school system and a solid community. That has been an understatement. I am so grateful to be raising our family here. Such a small town with such huge heart. The Bevans are one of those families that I met very soon after we moved (they did one of my first mini sessions, before Alex was even born) are super active in our little community. We have crossed paths with all over the place- from Mommy & Me classes with Amy, to buying their old swingset, to just bumping into each other in town. It’s so fun to feel a part of the community here and be laying down roots. This is the longest I’ve ever lived anywhere, and though I admit to getting antsy, I’ll put that energy into redecorating and stay put here in SoBo.
PS. I love it when kids get in on the action and plan a photo, as was the case with Alex spraying his siblings with his imaginary fire hose…
Poppa and GM recently retired, and their kids and grandkids gifted them a photo session together to celebrate.
What a fun, (and colorful!) bunch!
