Working with folks like Shaina & Kevin make my job fun. I felt like an old friend of theirs by the time we were done with our session at Ogunquit beach one morning last week! Congrats, you two!
I photograph these two lovely sisters every year, and just when I thought they couldn’t get any cuter or more fun to work with… enter Finnegan Duckpuddle!
Every year I look forward to Madeline’s annual photos– it’s not often that folks are looking for a true lifestyle session, and it is so fun for me when they are! Of course we do the keepsake Christmas card photos too, but Madeline’s parents Eric and Lisa always plan our session to be in their home, with the focus on documenting the current time in Madeline’s life. This time we jumped on the bed, played dolls and ponies, did some reading and writing, practiced violin, played outside… we were busy! I am honored to be able to document Madeline’s childhood and hope that some day she will be able to look back at these images and recall what her life was like back in the day.
If you’d like to take a trip down memory lane, here are her sessions from age four and five as well.
Wow, I am so so glad that Carrie reached out to me for photos of their family! Daughter Zoey is now 14 months old and they are overdue for family photos– kids grow and change SO quickly at this age and I was honored and excited to document her during some huge milestones– namely, her first steps! Big (canine) brother Mogul was also not to be forgotten and provided plenty of entertainment for this session.
I loved working with this family and hope that they travel down to the seacoast again next summer to play at the beach.
